“Kanysh Imantaevich Satpayev: life and fate”

On 09/04/2024, in the Pokrovskaya rural library, on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of K. Satpayev, a local history hour “Kanysh Imantaevich Satpayev: life and fate” (local history) was held.
Goal: to acquaint the children with the life and work of Kanysh Imantaevich Satpayev.
During the event, the guys got acquainted with the biography of Academician of Sciences — Kanysh Satpayev, and learned about his contribution to the development of geology in Kazakhstan. K.I. Satpayev made a great contribution to the development of geological science in the country. The library has a book exhibition “The Pride and Glory of the Kazakh People”.
