“The History of the Nauryz Holiday”

19/03/2024 For the celebration of Nauryz, the Borisov rural library held an educational hour “The History of the Nauryz Holiday.” Goal: to expand schoolchildren’s knowledge of the history of the Nauryz holiday; nurturing patriotism, love for one’s native country, broadening one’s horizons. The librarian introduced readers to the history and legend of the Nauryz holiday. Then there were good wishes and poems about spring and Nauryz. Children took an active part in the literary quiz “Nauryz, the holiday of spring.” All participants were treated to sweets. Also in the library, a book exhibition “The History of the Nauryz Holiday” was organized for all groups of readers.
