“National dishes of the Kazakh people”
Kazakh national cuisine reflects the soul of the people, their history, customs and traditions. Since ancient times, the most distinctive feature of the Kazakh people has been hospitality. The dear guest was warmly welcomed, seated in the place of honor, and treated to the best that was in the house.
09/02/2024 The Marinovskaya rural model library, under the special project “Revival of the customs and traditions of the Kazakh people”, with the participants of the “We and Our Origins” club, held an hour of tradition “National dishes of the Kazakh people”.
The purpose of the event: familiarization with the Kazakh national cuisine, with hospitality as a distinctive feature of the Kazakh people, its traditions and customs.
During the event, club participants demonstrated the process of preparing the most popular national dishes, besbarmak and baursaks. Librarians spoke about the features of national cuisine.
